I have come to the conclusion that all drivers—no matter their age, gender, or vehicle model—turn into 85 year old women when driving in the rain. And I don’t just mean they start driving 10 miles below the speed limit (which they do). They physically begin to look like little old ladies. Seriously, next time its raining a significant amount, watch the drivers. They scoot forward...
